Is the planning session really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes with an advisor, no cost, no card, no obligation.

Do I have to book with you afterward?

No. Some people book with us, some take what they learned and think about it. Either is fine.

What is the planning fee?

When you hire us to plan a trip, we charge a fee for our time and expertise, typically $147. When you book that trip through us, we waive it.

What if I do not know where I want to go?

That is one of the best reasons to talk to us. Narrowing it down is most of what a good advisor does.

Do you only plan cruises?

No. Cruises are a specialty, and we also plan Europe, Alaska, and US city trips.

How soon will someone call?

Usually the same business day. Our advisors work 8:00am to 5:00pm Central, with team members in Eastern and Mountain time zones.
